Elder Adam Ray Allen's adventures in the New York, New York City Mission!!

 Our District at the Mexico Temple!  Going into my third week here at the CCM! Not gonna lie, that first week was rough. It honestly felt like 3 months not 7 days. This past week flewwww by though! The language is coming a lot quicker now, and our district is awesome so time flies. It honestly is a lot of fun right now, which is not what I expected haha. And it helps that my mom is sending me packages with American food all the time, so shout out to momma Butta for that.  the clouds here look fake they're so puffy lol it's awesome    So David A. Bednar came to the Provo Mtc on Tuesday, and we got to listen to a live broadcast of it! That was awesome, and the spirit was crazy during it. Bednar is top 5 apostles all time no doubt. He's finally starting to age though which is crazy cause he looked like a 30 year old the past 10 years. Hola from the CCM! :) Hey everyone! Man this is crazy writing my first email! First thing though, PLEASE send me emails whenever you want! I can read emails whenever on my tablet, just can't respond til Wednesday. So basically I just gave permission to my mom to send me 8 emails a day 😅 but yeah email me people it helps keep me sane inside the mtc haha. So the mtc is crazy! It legit is nothing like I expected. First off, I'm pretty homesick I'm not gonna lie. Didn't think I would be since I went to school, but man I miss mi familia. You guys are the best and im sorry there's no humor in the home now ;) but yeah the first two days here I legit was wondering what I got myself into haha. Now I'm kinda in the flow of things and it's getting super cool, but still so hard. Just thinking about being away from everything for two years is pretty intimidating, so it's important to take it day by day and keep the focus on the people. My teachers are
